Hinges - Steel / Composite

Steel hinges: They are suitable for steel and wooden doors.  They are availalbe in the harddware boxes or as a spare part.  Each hinge is numbered, so in the event of a replacement, please ensure you know 

Rollers

The rollers for panels are made of Nylon.  They are fitted with a ten-ball bearing and steel shaft.  The rollers are heavy duty and very quiet running.  They are available s seperate items or prepacked in all hardware boxes 

Composite curves

The curve that joins the vertical and horizontal track is available as a seperate item if you require spares, alternatively is prepacked in the hardware box.  This makes for ease of storage.  The curves are multi direcional - each curve can be used on the left or right track set.  They are made of a composite material - Glass filled nylon - and ensure silent running across the joints.

Torsion Springs

Torsion springs are used on a large variety of garage doors, from standard singles, to caravan doubles.  The most important aspect of fitting the correct Torsion springs to your door is to ensure you have the correct weight of your door and the correct width and height.

Receivers

For gate, alarm, door activation.  Featuring Keeloq code hopping technology.  A 33 remote memory available in Standard Receiver, Superhet Receiver and Dual Channel Receiver.  The Complex Receiver features 500 remote memory programming 

Safety Beams

Recommended for additional safety for garage doors and gate motors.  Your Digidoor may be programmed to use beams.  This will help avoid injury and damage to either you, your family or your vehicle.

Use in conjunction with Digitronic receivers to eliminate code 'grabbing and scanning'

The Rustic door is fitted with longer panels, and treated in a brown finish.

Whilst most garage doors are either Raised and Fielded or Slatted, there are other options out there.  These are designed for the discerning home owner who is specifically looking for something new.  

Door in a Box

Door in a box is a NEW concept in garage doors.  It was designed with the DIY in mind.  The package includes the door panels, all the hardware required - including the wooden jamb linings, and a full instruction manual.  This product is packaged for ease of transportation and storing.
